Our classes combine rigorous HIIT, strength, and dance cardio, with fun, social interactivity.

5 and FIT! is a 60-minute fitness class that will get your heart pumping, your muscles burning, and your social muscles the workout they need. We use the mobile game 5 and Go! to curate a series of short fitness challenges that you will complete with different partners in the class. You’ll sweat, you’ll laugh, and you’ll walk away feeling amazing not just from a great physical workout, but from having had fun, invigorating, and often hysterical interactions with your fellow classmates.
All classes are currently held in NYC – usually in Central Park or Washington Square Park. We’re adding new locations, so check our schedule, and if you have any suggestions for where we should 5 and FIT! next, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
Ideally, yes. If you don’t have an iPhone, it’s best to come with a friend who does so you two can team up. Otherwise, please email us before the class you’d like to attend so we can accommodate you. email@example.com
You must be 18 or older to attend 5 and FIT! classes.
YES! 5 and FIT! is for EVERYONE! All of our exercises are scalable and you control your pace. Whether you’re an olympian or haven’t exercised since middle school gym class, you’ll have a great workout and a great time.
Absolutely. Our coaches can provide alternatives for any exercises so you can have a great workout for your physical muscles and social muscles.
You’ll need your iPhone and a bottle of water.
All classes are outdoors, so make sure you have appropriate workout shoes, attire, and sun protection ☀️.

5 and Go! is the mobile app we use in 5 and Fit! classes. The 5 and Go! app gets you out in the real world, interacting with real people through short, fun challenges that will brighten your day and uplift your community. In 5 and Fit! classes, we’ll have a private group inside the 5 and Go! app with challenges specifically for our workout that day.
